I was having issues with my 2008 Subaru Legacy GT and I had taken it to other shops that work on Subaru's and did not have a great experience. I thought my vehicle was fixed and all was good. I was driving one day and then heard a loud pop and grinding noise. Now my Subaru was not working but did not feel comfortable taking it back to the shop that worked on it. I was referred to Clark's Auto by a friend. Even though they are an hour and ten minutes away from where I live and work I thought I would give them a try. Took my Subaru to Clark's and they diagnosed that my engine needed to be replaced and that a bearing had spun in my engine. I decided to go ahead and have it fixed. I am amazed at the great work they did on my Subaru. It runs much better than it has in a long time. Their technicians are trained Subaru Certified Technicians that used to work at Subaru dealerships, but work with Clark's Auto due to their atmosphere of being transparent and honest with their customers. I highly recommend Clark's Auto as an alternative to going to a dealership for your Subaru's maintenance and repair needs. The front staff Shondale and Kyle are very kind and honest and helped me make the best decision for my family and I. I am now a life long customer of Clark's Auto. I know my Subaru is in good hands at Clarks.

BIGFOOT EXISTS!! I FOUND HIM AT CLARK AUTO!! Honestly I just found a couple of great honest guys. They are as rare as Bigfoot. I lined up a diagnosis for my recently graduated granddaughter's car. She barely knows how to put gas in the car and nothing about the mechanical needs of a car. A person would normally think that such a situation would be something like placing a chicken on a spit over a hot fire. The carcass would soon be picked clean. However NOT SO for these guys. They performed an outstanding diagnosis with various items identified along with the likely priority of the items which needed attention. The prices were resonable - well actually less expensive than others, but reasonable to me. We talked about the various issues - making decisions with a committee is always a challenge. They clearly identified options and characterized them prety much in the following context: ME: What would you do if this is your daughter and you want to be confident she can drive safely cross-country? THEM: An iteration of actions needed to make such a trip safely. US: Extreme satisfaction with their approach and prices. They earned not only my respect but my gratitude, loyalty, and future service. I am an elderly grandfather knowledgeable of mechanics and auto repair. The car I drive has over 230,000 miles on it. I happily endorse Clark's as a blast out of the past when you could trust your mechanic to properly repair your car without having to take out a second mortgage. They are interested in servicing their customers, not plucking and roasting them.
