- Be a master of communication. Translate complex technical jargon into clear, concise explanations that customers understand.
- Build trust and confidence with customers by ensuring they're informed and involved every step of the way.
- Channel your inner advisor guru. Identify opportunities for additional services and preventative maintenance based on each vehicle's needs and history.
- Own the customer experience. From scheduling appointments, building estimates, managing great technicians, and handling payments
- Ensure every interaction is smooth, efficient, and exceeds our awesome customer’s expectations
- Your goal is to build and maintain lasting relationships and turn first-time visitors into loyal fans
- Become an integral part of the team. Collaborate with our skilled technicians to diagnose and repair Subarus to the highest standards.
- Foster a positive and supportive work environment where everyone shares the same passion for Subaru service and repair
- A deep understanding of Subaru models, years, and quirks or a strong understanding of automobiles in general
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- An ability to connect with people and make them feel heard
- Great computer and related modern technology skills
- A passion for exceeding expectations.
- Skills in building relationships and finding win-win solutions
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn. You're a team player who's always looking to grow and improve
- Previous experience as an automotive service advisor is required. Subaru service advisor experience is a bonus
